THE PROCESS
From Wire to Finished Mesh.
Raw Material
Wire rolls of different sizes and steel coil for clamping enter the production process.
Wire Forming
The wire is passed through a machine to create the required zig-zag pattern.
Cutting
The formed wire is cut according to the required length and breadth.
Mesh Weaving
The prepared wire is fed into the weaving machine to produce the wire mesh.
Coil Preparation
The steel coil is cut according to the required dimensions for clamping.
Clamping
The prepared coil is attached to the finished wire mesh using the clamping machine.
Painting & Dispatch
The finished mesh is painted black, prepared and dispatched to the customer.
