OUR STORY
From One Machine to a Growing Manufacturing Business.
JJ Wires was established in 2011, but the journey behind the business began much earlier. Our founder had been associated with the wire mesh manufacturing industry since 2007, when he started his first manufacturing venture with friends.
With a strong aspiration to build a business of his own, he eventually started JJ Wires with limited resources and a loan. The early days were challenging, with just one manual machine, five workers and a very basic factory setup.

The Beginning
Our founder entered the wire mesh manufacturing industry and started his first manufacturing venture with friends.
JJ Wires Begins
With the aspiration to build his own business, our founder established JJ Wires and began the journey with limited resources and a loan.
First Automatic Machine
After years of building the business step by step, JJ Wires introduced its first automatic machine, marking an important move towards greater production capability.
A New Phase of Growth
JJ Wires began receiving significant orders, creating an important turning point in the growth of the business.
Facing the COVID-19 Setback
The factory was forced to remain closed for many days during the pandemic, while labour payments and other expenses continued. After months of difficulty, operations resumed with government permission and strict precautions at 50% labour capacity as required at the time.
Reaching Today's Capacity
Through continued investment in machinery and manufacturing capability, JJ Wires reached its current production capacity of approximately 150 tons per month.
Looking Ahead
Today, JJ Wires serves customers across India and is ready to expand its reach internationally, while continuing its commitment to quality, competitive pricing and fast fulfilment.

It Wasn't Built Overnight.
The growth of JJ Wires was not a straight path. It was built through difficult decisions, constant reinvestment and the determination to keep moving forward even when resources were limited.
Every Rupee Went Back Into the Factory
In the early years, almost everything earned was reinvested into machinery, production and the growth of the business. Building the factory often meant putting business needs ahead of everything else.
Finding Customers Meant Going Out There
Our founder personally travelled to different sponge iron plants and industries looking for opportunities, meeting customers and bringing orders back to the factory.
Even Difficult Times Didn't Stop the Journey
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the factory remained closed for many days while labour payments and other expenses continued. Operations eventually resumed with government permission and the required precautions.

Behind every manufacturing business is a person who takes the first step. For JJ Wires, that journey began with a vision to build something of his own.

Our founder had been associated with the wire mesh manufacturing industry since 2007. With the aspiration of building a business of his own, he eventually took the step towards creating JJ Wires.
The early years were far from easy. The business began with a loan, a single manual machine and just five workers. Almost every resource available was continuously reinvested into the factory and its growth.
From finding customers and visiting sponge iron plants to gradually introducing new machinery, he remained closely involved in every stage of building the business.
